As the unprecedented event we find ourselves in looks set to continue for the foreseeable future, we at Eton Travel wanted to reach out to our valued clients to let you know we are still here to support you.
The current outbreak of COVID-19 is having a big impact on our Industry and as such we are implementing our Business Continuity Plan to protect the wellbeing of our Company and Staff whilst ensuring that we are on hand to respond to our travellers in a timely manner.
This means over the coming weeks we cannot guarantee your normal team of designated consultants will respond to your travellers requests, they may well be picked up by another team and we wanted to reassure you that all our consultants are cross trained and aware of your company’s travel policy’s or individual requirements and the current restrictions each of you may have in place.
We hope this will not impact the high level of turnaround that you are used too, but would ask that as we all find ourselves in a situation we have not faced before, that you bear with us and in the unlikely event this may happen please reach out to your Account Manager for Corporate Travel or key contact for other departments if you have any concerns.
